Same issue with both warrior expansion pack, Dark avengers and arcane disciples. Sent two email (One for each order info).

I have same issue.

I bought 2 times for the same expansion, but the heroes are not there yet.

I send an email 4 days ago but got no reply.
Do this game still have support team? Great game but dissappointing service
