If I buy the 10 map saves can I use them for off line single player use?

Excellent question, Flux. Currently, the maps are available for online use only: they are stored on the server so you can access them via any of your devices.

Ideally, it would be awesome to have them for offline use as well. I'd need to develop an additional piece to allow you to download your saved server maps; I'll look into this for future update and keep you posted.
