I am new to this game, and i must say i am addicted!!!! and i absolutley love it!!!

now time for the negative, i purchased the dark avengers character pack, because i am in love with barbarians!! but i have not received my digital connan or his friends yet... its been well over 48 hours... i have tried contacting customer support through email, but no replies... this is very frustrating, i want to buy the other character pack, and the custom map pack, but if this is what i have to look forward too with purchases, i dont know that i want to even keep playing period....

any help guys??

hello all!!  love the game, its awesome.  heres my queation, i bought the dark reapers character set, but i have not recieved them in game yet. i cant make teams with those characters.also  where does one get the minotaur??? thanks so much!!
