I hear from some "old timers" that there was  no die roll for it, you would just pay a card and do it. The Psi is a little scary attacking for 5 with those abilities!

Agreed. this map is bogus for a 2 player async game. Not fun ( unless your 1st player )

I just buy map packs every once and a while and hope that helps! There are soo many cool things you could add. A d6 Sprint fix, characters, game modes (guardian duel? 3 guards/no Mage?) terrain, subscription-team leagues (I'd pay monthly!) I could go on but I'll stop there.

Any chance the async bug could be fixed by making sprint a "logged roll" like an attack? The math seems to be Sprint=1+[d6]. I know this would require more animations but would go a long way for a lot of people

Any word on an update for the new iOS users? I have some stuck games already but when I first opened the app, I was asked for access to my microphone...weird but I said ok! Any ideas about why the app wants mic access? Any iPad / iPhone users having issues?

Tip #1: protect your Mage, don't get crazy until you have a good feel for the game! Also, play against the computer a lot.

The only thing I don't see for new players and card manipulation is about discarding. This is usually most helpful on the first turn. First watch your mana. if you are not under an immediate threat you can try to ditch your "bad" cards and refill your hand by discarding 3, it is important that you dont cast any spells if you do this. Alternately if your guard has an ability, use that as your "discard". The warrior and bard are perfect for this strategy.
