Hello, I'm going to buy when the heroes by paypal, I put my credit card and fill in everything, but when an error occurs. when I click on PAY NOW, the following message appears:

Your credit or debit Card Has Been Declined for this transaction; PayPal Could not validate the card. That Please verify the information you entered is correct, or try a different credit or debit card.

why this occurs? i'm from Brazil, i need something different?
