Bot-Human Takeover

So I was thinking there should be a feature to allow a human player to take over a bots units if agreed upon by those in the room.

And on the other end, if someone happens to DC, a bot could take over, instead of the units being eliminated.  Offers a way for someone who can't get back to the action right away to keep playing.
