Something I'm not clear on... So I bought the game for iPad (iOS) and now have played on the computer version also but not until after I started on iOS , so....If I buy expansions on pc will my iPad version also get the expansion?

Expansion content is tied to your multiplayer account, not your device. If you have purchased expansion content on your account, it will be accessible on your device when you login to multiplayer.
