unable to do in-app purchase for iphone

when i log in to multiplayer marketplace
the buttons for the in-app purchase are grey



is that normal?
so how do ios users do in-app purchase please??

This could happen if you have disabled in-app purchasing on your device. Some users do this to prevent kids from accidentally purchasing in-app content. Please check to ensure these settings are enabled on your iOS device and let me know if the problem persists.

I did not enable the "no in app purchase" option on my iPhone and I have no problem doing in app purchase in other apps.
